Voice as medicine

The instrument you already own: toning, humming and breath-led voice work for steadier nerves and deeper rest.

Outdoor group sound bath with singing bowls

About this course

Your voice, tuned gently

No singing ability required — this is not performance. You will learn humming protocols for winding down, vowel toning for releasing jaw and throat tension, and simple call-and-response patterns you can use alone or with groups.

  • Taught by Steven Dawson, breathwork & voice coach
  • Beginner-friendly within the intermediate track
  • Final project: a recorded 15-minute guided toning practice
