About this course
Meet the bowl properly
Sacred Resonance teaches the physical craft first: how to choose a bowl by ear, hold mallets without strain, strike cleanly, rim-sing without chasing, and sequence tones into an arc that holds a room for an hour.
- Taught by Sophia Lee, founder & lead practitioner
- Intermediate level — basic meditation experience helps
- Final project: record and submit a 30-minute session
